Job Title: HR Contact Center Associate


Location:Hyderabad (Work From Home)


Qualification: Bachelor Degree / Master Degree


Job Description:

  • As an HR Contact Center Associate that supports disability, leave, and accommodation, your responsibilities will be:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for leave, disability, and accommodation related questions
  • Take ownership of employee contacts ensuring that each contact is accepted and resolved with a high degree of customer focus
  • Resolve queries by referring to documentation such as frequently asked questions and standard operating procedures and escalate when these cannot be resolved
  • Build customer trust through empathetic personalized conversations
  • Receive queries via phone and log contacts into the shared service case management system
  • Work closely with partner teams to keep up to date on process changes, partner for quick resolution of cross-functional issues, and consult to improve processes
  • Have the flexibility to work a variable shift between 5:00 PM IST- 8:30 AM IST Sundays to Saturdays, subject to business needs.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree; Master's degree a plus.
  • 1+ years of contact center, customer service, human resources or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability using Microsoft Office skills and other computer or internet based programs.
  • Demonstrated proficiency handling customer contacts, queries and resolutions.
  • Proven ability to manage customer contacts in a fast paced environment.
  • Proven ability to adjust to constantly changing workloads.
  • Proven ability to follow existing process with high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in English, both verbal and written.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Contact Center, Customer Service, Human Resources or equivalent experience.
  • Basic US legislation Leave of Absence and Accommodations knowledge.
  • Previous experience working with SalesForce or similar programs.
  • 1 year of Leave and/or Accommodations experience, to include: previous work in a leave of absence and/or disability claim management role, with experience using case management systems, reviewing cases for eligibility, determining the appropriate leave and/or disability pay benefits that apply to a specific situation, and establishing/executing a case management plan.
  • Knowledge of US federal and state leave and disability laws
  • Previous HR experience
  • Proven ability to manage customer contacts in a fast paced environment.
  • Proven ability to adjust to constantly changing workloads.

Job Title: Seller Support Associate


Location: (Work from home) - Hyderabad

Job Description:

  • The Selling Partner Support (SPS) Associate acts as the primary interface between Amazon and our 3rd party sellers, providing phone and/or email support governed by internal service level agreements.
  • The SPS associate will be responsible for providing timely and accurate operational support to 3rd party Sellers on the Amazon platform.
  • The successful candidate has an immediate, distinct effect on the experience of customers of Amazon, making a strong record of customer focus a high standard for the role.
  • A SPS associate is expected to address chronic system issues, provide process improvements, develop internal documentation, and contribute to a team environment.
  • Virtual Contact Center (VCC) associates are expected to work from a home location approved by Amazon for all scheduled hours.
  • It is the responsibility of the associates to ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity and work-like environment at home location so that associates can deliver their best in terms of productivity and quality.
  • CTC: ₹ 2,75,000 – 4,00,000 P.A.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrates effective, clear and professional written and oral communication in English/Hindi Language .Fluency in these languages a must
  • Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls along with email support
  • Provides prompt and efficient service to Amazon Sellers and Merchants including the appropriate escalation of Sellers’ issues.
  • Maintains a positive and professional demeanor always portraying the company in a positive light and effectively managing sensitive issues.

Skills:

  • Shifts: The job involves working in a 24/7 environment including night shifts and the shifts are decided based on the business requirement.
  • Weekly Off: Rotational two- consecutive day off (it is a 5-day working week with 2 consecutive days off.
  • During the first four months (Training & Transition) no unplanned leaves are allowed.
  • Ability to use a desktop/Laptop and familiarity with Internet Browsers, Windows OS, Microsoft Outlook and MS Office.
  • Home environment free from background noise where you can connect to the internet and work on your deliverables.
  • Should have a good internet connection with a minimum speed of 20 MBPS or better and should have at least 100 GB data from a reliable provider.
  • Should have access to mobile phone at all times from a reliable provider.
  • Should have power back up in case of power shut down.

Job Title: Device Associate


Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc / M.Sc / MCA


Work Experience: Fresher / 0 – 2 Years


Location: Chennai


Job Description:

  • Execute test cases prepared for testing software builds.
  • Perform test case execution and report bugs accurately.
  • Understand testing procedures and guidelines for new builds/releases.
  • Perform regression and repetitive testing exercises to qualify builds without compromising on quality.
  • Use software tools for data capture on a daily basis.
  • Be comfortable with capturing results, communicating and escalating failures and providing individual status reports.
  • Raise all failures/doubts related to the execution of test cases in the clarification portal and closing the same as per the SLAs.


Skills:

  • A graduate in any field of study. Quantitative fields such as science and engineering are preferred but not mandatory.
  • Good familiarity with the Windows desktop environment and use of Word, Excel, IE, Firefox etc. are required.
  • Flexibility and interest in doing repetitive tasks is required.
  • High level of energy and proactive nature, sense of ownership and drive and a willingness to accept the challenge of daily deadlines is essential.
